The Indian Wells Brewing Co. currently “contract brews” for several different breweries, restaurants, beer distributors and private labels. Why do people contract brew, simple: They either do not have the ability to brew beyond their current operation or do not have a bottling system that can guarantee them a long stable shelf life. The Indian Wells Brewing Co. has certified Master Brewer Rick Lovett on staff and (2) full time day brewers, Mike Allen and Johnny Maduena over seeing the daily production of beers and soda pop. All our beers are made with our own natural artesian spring water, all malted barely, Yakima Valley hops and fresh yeast. We double filter our beers with DE and plate and frame filters. We pinpoint carbonate all beers and rack our kegs with a Mini-King and bottle with a very sophisticated high speed bottling line.

We start by FLASH PASTURIZING all bottle beer. All glass is new and rinsed and sanitized prior to filling with a High Speed Prospero Filler that can bottle 60 BPM. Bottles are capped on foam; rinsed air-dried and then paper labeled. We pinpoint carbonate to exact specifications with extremely low oxygen pick up. We test all bottling runs for FLASH PASTURIZATION, CARBONATION and OXYGEN pick-up. Random samples are also sent out to WYEAST LABS for testing and analysis.

The Indian Wells Brewing Co. can also co-pack soda, juices or any other products that may need PASTURIZATION.
