Dear Solicitors of Donations,

Due to the high demand and request of donations from the Indian Wells Brewing Co. the board of directors and selected share holders has established the following criteria for donations. Any request for water or Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water shall be directed to contact the Arrowhead Corporation @ (800) 950-9393. Due to our M.O.U. with Arrowhead, we are unable to make donations of said products. For consideration of donations from Indian Wells Brewing Co., please see below:

#1 Due to the nature of our business, no donations will be made to any youth organizations or any organizations that have affiliations with any youth programs. Only strictly adult (over 21) groups will be considered.

#2 All requested must be made in writing between the months of Oct-Dec. The Indian Wells Brewing Co. board of directors and selected share holders will than make the decisions for the following year. All organizations will be notified in writing by the company by Feb 1st . Any other request(s) outside of this time frame will not be considered.

#3 All non-profit organizations request(s) must be made on letterhead, include a copy their non-profit status with the State of California and signed by their current President or designee.

#4 In closing, please keep in mind that it is in direct violation of California ABC Statue Law to give, provide or furnish alcoholic beverages unless that organizations can meet all the criteria of Item #3.
